About CECELIA MITCHELL 

Cecelia Mitchell was hooked when she first smelled the scent of wet clay from the halls of the Art department of her College. A painter, potter, Interior Designer, amateur florist and international traveler, her background has influenced her decades of pottery.   The glazes and shapes all speak to a combination of influences and a lifelong interest in Art History and eclectic cultures.  With a preference of functional pottery, Cecelia’s greatest joy is thinking about how people would use her pottery; gathered with friends and family in celebrations or simple tasks.
